小麦是酒品酿造的重要原料,酿造工艺对小麦品质有着特殊要求.本研究针对长江中下游地区酿造专用小麦生产缺乏标准化生产技术的现状,结合该生态区气候特点和酿造专用小麦生物学特性,根据长期栽培试验研究结果,集成了包含产地环境、肥料施用准则、农药使用准则、品种选择、栽培技术、收获、储藏和生产档案等方面在内的酿造专用小麦标准化生产技术.
