Abstract
以香菇品种灵仙1号为研究对象,设置2种试验处理,分别为套免割袋、不套免割袋.试验结果表明,套免割袋与否对香菇菌丝生长影响不明显,套免割袋处理生物学转化率明显较高,但越夏成功率较低.可使用套免割袋的方法提高香菇产量,但需要加强越夏管理.
