Abstract
以普通番茄品种为材料,分别研究了0 mmol/L、50 mmol/L、100 mmol/L、150 mmol/L、200 mmol/L NaC1胁迫下番茄幼苗中MDA、可溶性糖、脯氨酸、叶绿素含量的影响.研究结果表明,番茄幼苗中的MDA含量、可溶性糖含量、脯氨酸含量,随着NaC1胁迫时间的延长均呈上升趋势,而叶绿素含量呈下降趋势;番茄幼苗中MDA含量、可溶性糖含量、脯氨酸含量,随着NaC1浓度的增加逐渐上升,而叶绿素含量先稍微上升后下降.这些生理生化指标对盐胁迫响应灵敏.
