Abstract
小麦磨粉品质是小麦品质指标的重要组成部分,与面粉加工企业的经济效益直接相关.本项目研究了6个强筋小麦的磨粉品质,结果表明,郑农16的出粉率和白度较好,小麦的出粉率与小麦容重成正相关,达到极显著水平.建议将小麦的磨粉品质列入小麦的育种目标中.
