生物质柱塞式成型机关键机构的设计与仿真

Abstract
针对传统成型机能耗高、寿命短、模具磨损过快等特点,新设计一种生物质环模柱塞式致密成型机.对挤压过程中压辊组件进行有限元模态分析,以得到研究结构的各阶模态的固有频率和振型,结果表明成型过程中不发生共振,为压辊设计提供理论基础.
