4～9月盘锦市降水量异常偏少.全市总降水量378.9 mm,较常年同期(554.1 mm)偏少175.2 mm.4～7月降水量显著偏少,其中4月份降水量为12.8 mm,较常年同期(33.2 mm)偏少6成,5～6月份较常年同期偏少5成.
