Abstract
传统的双孢菇生产主要集中在秋冬季节,不能实现全年均衡供应,容易造成旺季菇贱伤农、淡季无货可供的局面.实现双孢菇的周年化生产可解决这类矛盾,增加菇农收入.总结了连云港地区双孢菇的周年生产技术,通过双孢菇春季、夏季、秋冬季全年生产,实现了周年均衡供应,提高了菇房的利用率,增加了菇农的收入.
