两种生态型玛咖叶片的丛生芽诱导

Abstract
植物激素在植物生长发育过程中起到重要作用.通过组织培养的方法,分别诱导2种块根为紫色与黑色的玛咖以获得丛生芽.玛咖叶片培养于含有细胞分裂素6-BA及生长素NAA的Murashige and Skoog (MS)培养基,在含有6-BA 2 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L的MS培养基中,2种生态型玛咖的叶片都可以快速分化出丛生芽,出芽率为14.3%.而且,在含有NAA 0.1 mg/L的MS培养基中,则可以诱导新生的丛生芽的根系形成.在生长素及细胞分裂素的组合下,可诱导玛咖产生丛生芽及生根,这对玛咖的快速育种及种质保存起到了重要作用.
