Abstract
为摸清临沂主栽品种NC55、NC102的烘烤特性,研究了成熟中部烟叶烘烤过程中失水特性、变黄特性、定色特性,在暗箱条件下的变色特性及烤后烟叶外观质量.结果表明:NC55中部叶,失水特性不好,变黄特性较好,定色特性一般,烘烤特性一般;NC102中部叶,失水特性好,变黄特性较好,定色特性好,烘烤特性好.
