为了解嘉兴地区消费者对食用菌产品的认知程度、购买意愿和购买行为.笔者于2013年10月到2014年1月间对嘉兴市食用菌消费情况进行了调查.其调查结果可以为政府制定食用菌产业发展政策提供参考,同时为食用菌生产企业进一步开拓食用菌消费市场提供理论依据.
