Abstract
通过完成对小构种子千粒重、含水量和种子吸水率的测定,探索小构种子最佳发芽温度,采用机械损伤处理和浓H2SO4浸种处理了解小构种子的萌发特性.结果显示:小构种子的千粒重为0.9601g,含水量为6.59％;最佳发芽温度为20℃;浓H2SO4浸泡7min时,小构种子的发芽率达到最大值为84.00％,说明浓硫酸浸种能显著提高小构种子的发芽率.
