一忌鸡蛋壳:将鸡蛋壳扣在花盆上,壳内残存的蛋清会流入盆土中,发酵产生的热量会直接烧灼植物的根部.同时蛋清发酵后会产生一种臭味,招引苍蝇生蛆,咬食根部,进而又易诱发病虫害,影响花卉生长.因此,养花时若要施用鸡蛋壳,一定要经过沤制,取其上清液作追肥,或将蛋壳烤干捣碎施入.
