1、选地隔离 应选择隔离条件好,交通便利,有一定玉米制种经验,乡级技术人员作风优良的乡、村建立生产基地.选择连片的平肥地制种.地块选定后严格确定隔离区,空间隔离不小于350米,如存在有利于地势风向影响,隔离距离不小于800米.隔离区内严禁种植玉米. 2、播种 亲本种子来源要绝对可靠,播前要精选,剔除异、劣、病、杂粒.母本实行宽窄行播种,宽行距66.8厘米,窄行距33.2厘米.父本种植于母本宽行内,株距0.8米.
