Abstract
以中国标准动车组CRH-0208测力轮对为研究对象,在线路实测的基础上,采用Matlab仿真,综合速度信号与载荷时间历程等多个数据,统计各级载荷水平下车轮旋转作用频次,完成不同工况下轮对载荷谱的编制和分析,编制了车轴应力谱,根据修正后Miner法则对轮轴的强度进行评估.结果表明;动、拖车测力轮对轴测点的等效应力都未超过欧洲标准(EN)规定的疲劳极限,可以满足1 200万km的服役要求.
