Abstract
Al3+的摄入量过多,会对人的神经系统造成极大破坏,导致痴呆,骨萎缩等病症.本研究利用水杨醛与Al3+形成金属配合物,作为Turn-on型荧光探针实现对Al3+的快速检测.该荧光探针对Al3+具有高灵敏性和选择性,在Al3+浓度为0~14μM的区间内,相对荧光强度与Al3+的浓度呈现良好的线性关系(R2=0.998 43),其检测限为0.16μM.
