纳米二氧化硅用于聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液胶粘剂改性的研究

Abstract
采用原位乳液聚合工艺,以聚乙醇为保护胶体,合成纳米二氧化硅(SiO2)改性的聚醋酸乙烯酯(PVAc)乳液.通过优化实验确定了最佳实验条件,结果表明:复合乳化剂OP-10与SDS的配比为2/1,乳化剂K2S2O8的用量为单体的1.0％,纳米SiO2含量为单体3％,保护胶体PVA用量为单体的10％时,制备的胶乳的性能最好.
