正交加筋复合材料夹层结构振动响应试验研究

Abstract
制备一个钢质和三个复合材料共计四型夹层板试验模型,针对试验模型分别进行模态试验和动力学响应激振试验,根据试验结果,各型夹层板整体振动响应特征、复合材料夹层板振动响应影响因素,探讨了填充型正交加筋复合材料夹层板与钢质夹层板振动响应差异.结果表明,相比无填充复合材料夹层板和钢质夹层板,由于填充型正交加筋复合材料夹层板具备最优异的阻尼性能,同时其重量最大,对高频振动具备更优异的抑制能力,包括整体响应和局部响应,且其首阶共振峰值响应最小,较其他三者大幅降低.
