次磷酸铝微胶囊的制备与表征

Abstract
为解决次磷酸铝(AHP)水溶性高、热稳定性差等问题,采用原位聚合法,以聚脲甲醛(PUF)为壁材,阻燃剂AHP为芯材,制备了聚脲甲醛次磷酸铝(PUFAHP)微胶囊.通过红外光谱、扫描电镜和粒径分析对PUFAHP的结构和形貌进行了表征.AHP粒子表面包覆一层PUF树脂后,棱角被淡化,粒径变大.水溶性和水接触角测试结果表明,AHP经过PUF树脂微胶囊化改性后疏水性得到增强,水溶性明显降低.热失重分析结果表明,所制备的PUFAHP微胶囊具有优良的热稳定性.
