Abstract

研究了我国近海贝类体内帕金虫的分布和分类.从辽宁、河北到广西、海南沿海九省区58个地点共30种主要的经济贝类采样分析,利用聚合酶链式反应(PCR)法,对样品进行rDNA-ITS序列的扩增,初步确定我国海产贝类体内帕金虫的种类及其分布.结果表明,我国具有两种rDNA-ITS序列差异较大的帕金虫,在菲律宾蛤仔、紫贻贝、毛蚶、皱纹盘鲍、牡蛎中检测出帕金虫Perkinsus olseni;在南方近江牡蛎中检测出帕金虫Perkinsus beihaiensis.
