Abstract
针对ASA(Analog Signature Analysis)测试数据采集系统的激励源选择问题,设计了以幅值和宽度可调的脉冲信号作为激励源的ASA测试数据采集系统.采用单片机产生一系列不同幅值的脉冲信号,配合硬件设计使脉冲信号的幅值和宽度可调,实现了采样和激励的同步.验证分析结果表明:该系统可实现对各类器件的ASA测试,测试效果良好.
