Abstract
研究了箱内水平4层和箱内坚直4格的包装方式对玉溪K326品种CO3 S等级的复烤片烟自然醇化的影响.实验结果表明:与常规包装方式相比,这两种包装方式下的烟叶颜色转深快、油润性好、陈烟香气显露早,略带青杂气;醇化过程中化学反应较剧烈;感官评吸质量约提前4个月达到峰值.综合来看,采用箱内分层分格的包装方式可以加速烟叶的醇化反应,大幅度地缩短烟叶的醇化周期.
