香紫苏油主成分含量测定及其香气贡献评价

Abstract
以苯甲醇为内标物,选用HP-5MS毛细管色谱柱,采用GC-MS法对香紫苏油中10种主要成分进行含量测定,并对其香气阈值和香气活力值进行测定和计算.结果表明:该方法可使样品中各组分很好地分离,线性方程相关系数大于0.999,加标回收率为90.6%~97.2%,检出限为9.5~232.8 ng/L,说明该方法重复性和灵敏度良好;香紫苏油中芳樟醇和乙酸芳樟酯的含量分别为20.3%和42.7%,香气阈值较低且香气活力值远高于其他成分,对香紫苏油香气贡献最大,与嗅香评价结果一致.
