Abstract
采用ASPEX夹杂物自动分析仪对比分析了铝脱氧和硅脱氧工艺生产硅钢从精炼终点→中包→热板过程中的夹杂物数量密度、尺寸和类型变化,研究结果表明:1)从夹杂物数量和大小来看,硅脱氧工艺最多、铝脱氧喷粉工艺次之,铝脱氧不喷粉工艺最少,且从RH→中包→热板的夹杂物数量和大小均呈现减少趋势;2)从RH→中包→热板,夹杂物平均尺寸基本变化不大,硅脱氧工艺的夹杂物尺寸要比铝脱氧工艺小;3)不同工艺下的夹杂物类型差异比较大.
