Abstract
浇注MFT8钢种一直存在中包水口结瘤问题,对生产顺行和产品质量造成不利影响,通过对中包水口结瘤物分析,发现主要是由氧化铝引发的结瘤问题,以此对工艺参数调整、适当延长钢水镇静时间及防止钢水二次氧化几个方面同时改进,有效控制了生产MFT8钢中包水口结瘤问题.
