铁道车辆用高耐蚀型耐候钢耐腐蚀性能研究

Abstract
采用周期浸润腐蚀试验对铁道车辆用S 450EW高耐蚀型耐候钢进行了耐腐蚀性能评价,结合SEM、XRD等分析测试手段研究了S450EW高耐候钢在模拟工业大气环境中的腐蚀行为.研究结果表明,S450EW高耐候钢具有良好的耐腐蚀性能,经过72 h加速腐蚀后腐蚀失重率为Q345B的29%;S450EW高耐候钢锈层均匀致密且裂纹较少,锈层主要成分为 α-FeOOH、γ-FeOOH和Fe3O4,随着腐蚀时间延长增加,稳定致密的α-FeOOH含量增加,腐蚀失重速率下降速度减慢并逐渐趋于稳定.
