Abstract
选择适宜条件促使糯玉米发芽,采用氮蓝四唑(NBT)法对糯玉米发芽过程中SOD活性变化进行测定分析,研究了浸泡温度、浸泡时间、发芽温度、发芽时间对SOD活性变化的影响.结果表明,糯玉米用30℃的蒸馏水浸泡处理6h后,在光照培养箱中30℃恒温培养发芽48 h,所得SOD的活性最高.
