Abstract
随着环境和能源问题日益突出,利用热电材料将废热直接转换为电能,对于降低人类对化石能源的依赖起着重要的作用.目前,热电材料已应用于生物电源、光电器件、深空探测等设施.对纳米结构的热电材料进行了阐述,分析了纳米热电材料的结构特点、制备方法、晶格热导、声子散射、超晶格、热电性能及影响因素.探讨了进一步开发新型纳米热电材料的发展方向.
