Abstract
以己内酰胺精制工序中水萃取塔萃取得到的30％(质量分数)己内酰胺水溶液为原料,通过精馏、闪蒸制得浓度为99.5％(质量分数)的熔融态己内酰胺,经固定床加氢,在-99.9 kPa的压力下蒸馏得到产品己内酰胺.试验结果表明,熔融态己内酰胺加氢是可行的,产品己内酰胺各项指标除PAN略高(为5左右),其他指标均达到了GB/T 13254—2017优等品水平.
