CNTs-Al2O3联合增强镁基复合材料的制备与性能研究

Abstract
采用化学气相沉积法,使用镍催化剂,在氧化铝(Al2O3)颗粒载体表面原位合成了碳纳米管(CNTs),制备出CNTs-Al2O3原位复合增强相;采用粉末冶金工艺制备了CNTs-Al2O3联合增强镁基复合材料.通过XRD、SEM、TEM等对CNTs-Al2O3原位复合增强相进行表征,结果表明:通过控制合成条件,在Al2O3颗粒表面可获得分散均匀、形态理想、石墨化程度高的CNTs,实现了CNTs与Al2O3颗粒的原位复合.对复合材料的组织和力学性能分析表明:Al2O3颗粒发挥了良好的“运载效果”,通过球磨工艺,使CNTs从Al2O3颗粒表面脱落并在镁基体中分散;同时,作为催化剂载体的Al2O3颗粒与CNTs对镁基体起到联合增强作用,使得复合材料力学性能明显提高.
