凹凸棒石的氨基硅烷化及人参提取物中农残吸附

Abstract
硅烷改性制备硅烷化凹凸棒石(SMA)以吸附人参提取物中农药残留.为评估SMA对人参根提取物中五氯硝基苯、胺菊酯、毒死蜱、异丙威、霜霉威5种农药残留脱除效果,考察了硅烷改性剂类型、改性剂用量、吸附剂用量、吸附时间对农残吸附效果的影响,并进行了等温吸附机制研究.不同类型SMA对人参提取物农残的吸附效果均较好,其中KH-1161改性凹凸棒石(KH-1161-SMA)的吸附效果最优,对所考察农残的吸附量均在164.42μg/g以上.SMA对5种农药的吸附模型为:胺菊酯、毒死蜱、异丙威、霜霉威遵循Langmuir等温吸附模型,而五氯硝基苯遵循Freundlich等温吸附模型.SMA可作为一种有效脱除人参提取物及其它中药提取物中农药残留的脱除剂,其脱除农残的机制有待深入研究.
