为加强铁路军事运输能力建设,着眼未来作战铁路兵力投送新特点与新要求,系统分析部队体制编制调整、作战模式演变和高新技术发展对铁路兵力投送的影响,研究提出作战单元模块化投送、人装分离投送、立体多维快速投送等新型投送模式的设想,并提出投送模式创新的路径与建议.
