根据体全息原理,定义以点源经体光栅衍射后的衍射光强度的分布| Ed (y’,z’;xp,yp,zp)| 22作为体全息光栅透镜成像系统的强度点扩散函数,用来评价成像系统的分辨率.对成像系统当探测点光源沿x、y、z轴方向偏移.通过计算推导得到的衍射光强度的点扩散函数.
