Abstract
目前风电的塔架高度,大多都在100米以下.而地面粗糙度对风的影响,产生了风切变.超过100米的高塔架,可以有效的克服风剪切的不利影响,提高风机轮毂高度的平均风速,从而提高发电量,使得风机投资的效率增加,也提高了风电场开发商的收益率.
