铁矿粉造球及焙烧实验研究

Abstract
以4种铁精矿和1种膨润土为原料,按照方案进行造球实验,分析不同方案中粒度、膨润土用量等对生球性能的影响,再通过球团焙烧实验,研究生球的焙烧性能,探索适宜的焙烧条件.结果表明,造球用铁精矿w(<75μm粒级)=75%,w(膨润土)=1.7%时,生球落下强度均在3次以上,抗压强度高于14N;在温度1150~1200℃,时间12 min的条件下焙烧生球,获得的球团矿抗压强度高于2000 N,完全满足工业生产要求.
