Abstract
为了分析便携式近红外光谱仪(MicroNIR)对无花果果实品质的建模效果,测试了成熟无花果的糖度、硬度等5项质构指标,建模方法采用偏最小二乘法回归.结果表明,MicroNIR结合遗传算法可以有效地预测无花果的糖度及质构特性.MicroNIR与遗传算法的结合在无花果品质鉴定方面有很大的应用潜力.
