Abstract
为了实现对曲柄摇杆机构优化,文中运用矢量解析法建立了曲柄摇杆机构的数学模型,对其进行理论运动学分析,运用动力学仿真软件ADAMS的参数化建模建立曲柄摇杆机构的物理模型并进行运动仿真分析,验证模型的正确性.结果表明:通过优化设计,获得了满足目标的最佳模型,使原来曲柄摇杆机构的压力角从15.8138°减小到了12.4570°,提高了曲柄摇杆机构行程的机械效率.
