Abstract
近年来中央的打虎在军中不断引起震动,本文以此为契机,梳理了领导者的责任伦理,指出领导责任伦理注重于在领导行动之前对领导行为过程和领导行为后果予以充分考虑,领导者应该具有明智、审慎、公平的德性,从而为今后培养和选拔领导者提供了借鉴.
