Abstract
针对某型机车牵引变流器振动过大的问题,通过添乘测试了解了牵引变流器实际振动环境及从车轮到牵引变流器内部的振动特性,确定了振动来源以及振动过大的原因,并与IEC61373标准进行对比;通过开展实测谱验证,成功复现了牵引变流器内部某电气设备的振动故障.在此基础上提出了针对性的减振方案,利用有限元软件对减振方案进行基于实测数据的仿真对比计算.结果 表明,提出的减振方案具有明显的减振效果,能够显著降低牵引变流器在振动冲击激励下的应力水平.
