温压工艺对爪极用铁基软磁材料显微组织及磁性能的影响

Abstract
采用粉末冶金工艺制备爪极用铁基软磁材料,并用XRD、密度、SEM和磁性能测试等方法研究温压工艺对其显微组织和磁性能的影响.结果表明:在140℃、800 MPa的条件下对水雾化铁粉进行压制,密度可达7.31 g/cm3,再经过1 250℃真空烧结后密度达到7.42 g/cm3,饱和磁化强度为205.5 Am2/kg,矫顽力为7.98 A/m.压坯表面形貌光滑,孔隙明显减少,基本上不存在大范围密集存在的连通型孔隙.
