Abstract
高光注塑成型通过模温迅速升高、降低,获得产品较高的表面质量、硬度与生产效率.本文深入分析了高光注塑的工序及温度循环,设计了可编程控制器(PLC)的型号、I/O点数分配表、控制电路图和程序流程图,研制了一种高光注塑模温控制平台,并以保障生产周期和工艺温度为目标,验证了温度控制平台的有效性,实现空调大型高光塑料面板注射成型生产线.
