718钢大模块淬火过程的数值模拟

Abstract
借助计算机数值模拟,为塑料模具钢718大模块制订了两种新型的淬火工艺,一是预冷-水淬-自回火-水淬工艺,另一是提高奥氏体化温度,直接空冷淬火的工艺.实际生产试验的结果表明,这两种淬火工艺能够满足大模块质量要求.另外,计算机模拟结果和实验结果吻合的较好,说明这种计算机数值模拟方法可以用来设计新型淬火工艺.
