通过分析膨胀丝的生产工艺流程,找到了影响二次回潮机出口水分的三大原因.并进行了针对性的改进,调整了落料口尺寸,改进了冷却皮带机的控制方式,改进了加水控制阀门的控制形式.最后通过过程能力分析,验证了加水系统的稳定性提高.
