Abstract
茶叶中含有丰富的矿物质,既有铁、铜和锌等对人体有益的微量元素,也有铬、砷、镉、汞、铊、铅、铋、钍、铀等对人体有害的重金属元素.国家强制性标准 GB 2762-2012《食品中污染物限量》对茶叶中铅提出了限量要求(不得超过 5.0 mg·kg-1 );农业部强制性标准 NY 659 -2003《茶叶中铬、镉、汞、砷及氟化物限量》中规定铬不得超过 5 mg·kg-1 、镉不得超过 1 mg·kg-1 、汞不得超过 0.3 mg·kg-1 、砷不得超过 2 mg·kg-1 .
