Abstract

采用超高效合相色谱法(UPC2)分离和测定化妆品中的7种防晒剂.样品经甲醇-水(8+2)混合液超声提取后,选用Waters Hss C18 SB色谱柱分离,以超临界二氧化碳-甲醇混合物为流动相进行梯度洗脱.紫外检测波长为276 nm和310 nm.7种防晒剂的线性范围均为1.0～80.0 mg·L-1,检出限(3S/N)均为200 mg·kg-1.加标回收率在90.2％～103％之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在1.6％～5.2％之间.
