Abstract

某油田在采油作业过程中发生玻璃钢抽油杆断裂事故,采用尺寸测量、玻璃化转变温度检测、树脂含量检测、力学性能试验及硬度测试等方法,对玻璃钢抽油杆的断裂原因进行了分析.结果表明:该玻璃钢抽油杆的抗拉强度低于要求值,在作业过程中承受反复拉压作用,玻璃纤维逐步断裂成劈散形貌;接箍与井壁的偏磨加速了杆体的断裂.
