Abstract
某X70钢天然气输气管道发生凹陷泄漏事故,通过宏观分析、力学性能试验、金相检验、微观分析、残余应力测试、有限元模拟等方法,对管道凹陷泄漏的原因进行了分析.结果表明:管道在铺设时受到岩石的挤压而产生凹陷,在管道服役过程中,凹陷处壁厚严重减薄,应力水平大幅升高而产生了微裂纹,裂纹逐渐扩展穿透管壁,最终导致管道泄漏.
