Abstract
西部某油田井下电泵使用不到一年即发生接头焊缝断裂失效,采用一系列理化性能检测分析方法,并结合现场实际工况,对电泵接头焊缝断裂原因进行了分析.结果表明:防倒块与泵体焊缝显微组织为奥氏体+δ-铁素体,焊接热影响区显微组织为马氏体,其显微硬度高达500 HV0.5左右;异常组织使焊缝脆化,从而导致电泵于接头焊缝处发生低应力脆性断裂.最后提出了优化焊接工艺的建议.
