Abstract
对 QT900连续油管焊接热影响区原始奥氏体晶界的侵蚀方法进行了探索,找到了一种新的显示方法.结果表明:采用100 mL 过饱和苦味酸水溶液+1~2 g 洗洁精+1.5 g 十二烷基苯磺酸钠配置的侵蚀液,水浴加热至65℃进行化学侵蚀,能够清晰地显示出 QT900连续油管热影响区的原始奥氏体晶界.
