Abstract
对 QT900连续油管焊接热影响区原始奥氏体晶界的侵蚀方法进行了探索，找到了一种新的显示方法.结果表明：采用100 mL 过饱和苦味酸水溶液＋1~2 g 洗洁精＋1．5 g 十二烷基苯磺酸钠配置的侵蚀液，水浴加热至65℃进行化学侵蚀，能够清晰地显示出 QT900连续油管热影响区的原始奥氏体晶界.
