介绍了洁净钢检测的两项新技术:钢坯镜面加工和钢坯全端面检测.借助于新研发的“重型超精密镜面铣磨一体化数控机床”试样加工装备,钢坯低倍试样表面加工可达到表面粗糙度R a ≤0.02μm,其表面像镜子一样光亮,从而可在钢坯表面上进行非金属夹杂物检测;利用新研发的“大型金属缺陷综合检测仪”,可对钢坯全端面上的缺陷进行自动照相、计数、测量、统计及分布计算分析.以这两个新技术为支撑,可以把洁净度检测前移到钢坯,实现真正意义上的宏观洁净度检测,该检测方法相比常规洁净度检测方法更具有优势和发展前景.
