Abstract
针对焦化装置焦炭塔系统静密封法兰失效泄漏情况,从设备工况、螺栓预紧力、垫片选用、法兰密封面形式等方面进行泄漏原因分析,研究结果表明焦炭塔系统由于操作特点,静密封点经历周期性温度变化,螺栓蠕变松弛造成密封比压下降,载荷不足发生泄漏.针对温度变化对密封性能的影响制定有效措施解决.
